Marketing: done in a day.


Pick a day, any day. (Maybe a day between Christmas and New Year’s Day?)

Then pick a team, any team. For example, let’s take your web marketing team….

First hour: big brainstorming hour. Your team brainstorms a list of easy web marketing tactics that can be done-in-a-day.

Nothing big and strategic, mind you. Just short, quick, done in a day, little itty bitty tactics that might have been overlooked. Stuff like:

Whatever ideas you generate in your one-hour of brainstorming, decide which ones you want to get done in the next 7 hours.

Then “just do it”, as Nike might say.

Or “get ‘er done”, as Larry the Cable Guy might say.

You’d be surprised at how many “little itty bitty web marketing ideas” can slip through the cracks.

And how much the tiny ideas can help your marketing efforts.

And how much they can energize your marketing team.

In fact, why not institutionalize “done in a day” as a regular tactic in your overall web marketing strategy?
