How to Treat Your Customers Like Royalty:
if they are wise and benevolent rulers, treat them with the respect they’ve earned.
if they are sometimes tempermental, forgive them graciously.
if they rule like tyrants, depose them!
Internet Marketing Resolutions for 2007
This year, I will
1. Set reasonable and achievable internet marketing goals.
2. Investigate at least ONE new web marketing tactic.
3. Get rid of / retool underperforming tactics.
4. Create a meaningful budget.
5. Review my stats routinely.
6. Revitalize my site’s content.
7. Improve my product and service offers.
8. Treat my customers like royalty.
