When Contextual Advertising is Out of Context…
The Google Adsense program is but one example of contextual advertising. This means if you’re reading an online article about Bicycles on a web page monetized with Google Adsense, you’re probably going to see ads about, you know — Bicycles.
Adsense and other contextual advertisement programs attempt to deliver ads that are relevant to the topic at hand.
