Word is Like Wearing Burlap

I’m almost a rabid fan of Google Docs at the moment — but then again, I collaborate with cross-country clients all the time on various writing projects, so Google Docs suits creative teams like Armani silk.

At the moment, though, I have two clients who are still emailing me Word Docs back and forth — which feels like wearing burlap with holes in it. Scratchy, bumpy, ugly!
Is Google Docs Web 2.0? It sure is more social than a stand-alone programs like Word and Excel. We all get more done, understand each other better, and function more like a team with Google Docs. Highly recommended for collaborative cross country creative communication projects! (Sick illit, I know. Couldn’t resist…)
